Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, an order cannot be canceled or changed.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery using the website contact form. Include your order number and clear photos of the item.

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund.
